We started Willover Group to give landlords in and around Derby the attentive, transparent service that too often goes missing as agents grow.
Our story
Established in Derby, in 2024
Willover Group Limited was founded to bring a more personal standard of lettings and management to the East Midlands rental market.
The company was established in 2024 by Michael Shepperson, who had seen how quickly landlords can feel like account numbers — chasing updates, absorbing avoidable costs and never quite sure their property is being looked after. Willover was built to do the opposite: to manage each property as if it were our own, with one team that knows every tenancy on its books.
Today we let and manage a mix of residential and commercial property across Derby and the wider region. We deliberately keep our client relationships close, so owners always deal with people who know their property, their tenants and their preferences.
